Are there any costs involved?
Our fee structure is simple and affordable, there are no additional or hidden costs required to post a project or job listing. Our current fee structure is listed below.

Fee Structure
  • New Project - US$ 5.00
  • Featured Project US$ 10.00
  • Job Listing (30 days) - US$ 15.00
There are no additional or hidden fees. Service providers do not pay anything at all, as all service costs are paid by the project creator.

How are Service Providers paid?
YourCoders allows service providers to choose how they get paid. Once a service provider places a bid, the payment method can be selected (per bid). The payment itself is made by the project creator. YourCoders is not involved in the payment process, in order to keep the fee structure low. That said, service providers are paid by project creators directly and can chose from Paypal, 2Checkout, E-Gold and other payment options.

How do I pay a service provider?
YourCoders is not involved in the payment process in order to keep the fee structure low. Service providers are paid by project creators directly and can chose from Paypal, 2Checkout, E-Gold and other payment options. Each bid contains information on how the service provider would like to be paid.

When do I have to pay the project fee?
As a buyer, you have to pay the project fee prior to posting the project or job listing. We employ this method in order to combat fraud and to give the service provider a sign that the buyer is serious about the project. This method will also help us combat fraudulent projects where project creators would post contact details in order to avoid the project fees.

How do I create a new project?
To create a new project, simply login to your account and click the "Post Project" link. Fill in all project form fields and select if you want to post a basic project or if you would like to post a featured project, which results in much more exposure. It is very important for you to add as many details about your project as possible, so that the service provider correctly understands your requirements.

Why is my project frozen?
If you create a project you will have to select how many days you want this project to be displayed. Once this time has passed, your project will be "frozen", which means that no more bids will be accepted. If you want to open the project again, simply use the "Extend Project" link to extend your project time. Additionally your project can be "frozen" if you have selected a service provider and the provider didn't accept the project yet. In this case you can simply select another provider.

Can I re-open a closed project?
Projects are closed after you have selected a bid. If you want to re-open your project you will have to create a new project. You may copy and paste the details from your old project to save you some time.

What is a budget range?
The budget range are two fields which are displayed if you create a new project. The values are "Minimum" and "Maximum". Let's say you want to create a project and your minimum budget is US$ 5 but you are willing to pay up to US$ 250. In this case you enter US$ 5 in the minimum field and US$ 250 in the maximum field. Adding budget information to your project will enable service providers to place bids within your budget, which can be very helpful.

How do I deposit money to my account?
To deposit money to your buyer account, simply click the "Deposit Funds" link. Select a payment option such as Paypal and add the amount into the text area below. Once this is done, we will redirect you to our payment processor to deposit funds into your account. Payments to YourCoders.com are non-refundable due to the nature of our service.

How do I communicate with service providers?
There are multiple options to communicate with service providers. Before a provider has been selected, you may use the project message board to discuss details. Once a winning bid has been selected, YourCoders will send an email to both buyer and service provider which contains email contact details.

Why is my account suspended?
Sometimes we have to suspend accounts if there are open issues. Issues can include posting contact details, posting URLs, posting fraudulent job listings or projects, or requesting contact information from buyers or service providers. A service like YourCoders only works if both buyers and service providers follow our terms of service. If you think your account has been suspended for no reason, simply contact our support staff to resolve the issue.

What are illegal projects?
We do not allow projects which involve hacking, requesting pirated software (warez / nulled) or projects which infringe copyrights of third parties. If you find such a project, please use the "Report Project" button to notify our support staff.

How to recover my password?
To have your password reset, visit our password recovery page and enter your username. Once this information has been entered, click on the "Submit Request" button. If your username was found, we will send you a special URL via email, which contains a confirmation link. By visiting the provided URL, your password will be reset and emailed to your registered email address.

Is it possible to hide bid amounts?
In order to hide bid amounts from other service providers, simply select the "Hide Bids" checkbox while posting a new project. Hiding project bids are a great way to select a service provider as others have no reference about the current bid amounts which can result in much lower bids. This feature is available at no additional cost.
