YourCoders was created to connect service buyers with service providers (see "What is a Freelancer") by employing a reverse auction style freelance marketplace. YourCoders basically acts as a "middle-man" between bid requester and bidder.

What is a Freelancer?
Freelancers sell or contract their work to a client rather than being employed by a business. Most commonly a freelancer works in the fields of writing, photography, web design, graphic arts, or computer programming. There are many advantages to using freelancers because a company is not obligated to provide steady work, as it would be for a full time employee. All that said, a freelancer is his or her own boss and has the freedom to work independently.
Our Mission
Our mission is providing a safe and inexpensive marketplace where buyers can post their available projects and job listings on which providers (freelancers) place bids. The heart of our system is our rating feature which enables both buyers and providers to rate each other after a project has been completed. Both buyers and providers benefit from this system, as they have access to previous feedback posted by other members.
YourCoders Benefits
Unlike many other freelance marketplaces, YourCoders does not charge any monthly membership fees or percentual fees based on the project cost. The only fees involved are project posting fees (US$ 5.00 per project), Job Listing Fees (US$ 15.00 per job posted) and Featured Projects (US$ 10.00). Service providers (Freelancers) do not pay any fees to use our freelance marketplace.
Why YourCoders is different
Most freelance marketplaces have one thing in mind: making money (and lots of it). It's a very common practice to charge both buyers and providers - we have even seen freelance marketplaces charging up to 15% of the total project cost. YourCoders does not employ such fee structures. We believe in a fair marketplace where hidden and abnormal fees are nonexistent.

To get started, you will need to create a buyer or provider account. The signup process takes only a minute and is free of charge. Once signed up, you need to verify your email address by clicking the activation link in the email we send you.
